Looks really good! I'm thinking of building an algae scrubber. I do things backwards. I have thousands in corals, I'm slacking in the equipment side of things.

I'm pretty much only doing it in this order because the equipment I have, or at least the parts to build what I need. What I don't have is the $ to go buying all the rock and corals and fish that I want to put in here, so that slows my livestock additions, though I will be going to the store and grabbing some clean up crew members today and probably another chunk of rock. with well over 80 hours on my last pay check I can actually spare the 20 bucks to go grab a few things.

I hate waiting....... when you know it's at least 3 hours before the store opens it's the longest 3 hours ever.

You must of seen the listing for live rock for 2$ a Lb? I'd personally use dry rock if it was me but I probably worry too much. Interested in adding a Goby? I have a pink spotted watchmen Goby I've had since I set up my tank I'm thinking about getting rid of. Wouldn't mind donating him to your cause if he fits into your plans? He'll need a cave

actually I would love a watchman goby, i'm trying to include fishes that I don't usually keep, and was thinking of a watchman/pistol pair, but I like my other shrimps so I may just do the watchman, but i'll take it if you want to snag it out of your tank. the hardest part will be getting it from your place to to mine in bangor.

as for rock from unknown tanks I am trying to avoid pests like aip and nudis etc. I'm prbably going to snag a shipment of dry rock through marco or SWF.com or carib sea base through the doctors, not sure yet but I need some decent seed rock and there is some good figi at work right now I'm probably going to snag a few lbs of that rubble

+1 for another amazing swap at CultivatedReef. I missed the last one, because these things always happen either A.) when I can't get there, or B.) when I'm broke. If I know one is coming, I'll start socking away cash for draft tickets.

LOL yeah i can wait for the frag swap till then. as for how fast he wants to get the goby out of his tank we may have to figure something else out if he wants it gone.

A Draft is when there are a selection of corals available and everyone buys tickets then takes turn picking depending on how many tickets they have from the assortment of corals available.
