Be sure to check the hours for Jays. I stopped on my way back from Mass and it was 11 found out they open at Noon and close at 6, they are closed one week day for Maintainence too. It would not be a good trip to get to a closed fish store. In NH Jay's is great but Plymouth Pet though further away and looks like a hole in the wall pet store is supreme...I would say the selection and Quantity and Quality Rivals that of Cultivated Reef they also have as many unique fish as they do coral and some pretty great frag tanks, I've seen some cool stuff there from an Orange Bubble coral to a Catalina Goby. You can also get Tropic Marin for $65 a pail and no sales tax...I used to get out there once a year for non hobby reasons but I'd always stock the car up with salt...now I use instant ocean with a two part and I'm just as happy.

Jay's is closed on Tuesdays, but when I was there in September they were still in the process of renovating and it looks like when they are done it's gonna be awesome. Though customer service isn't always that great, they get huge livestock orders in every week so you never know what you are going to find. Got a really nice maxima clam in September for $50.

Reefs2go.com! If you only want to buy a few snails 29.99 for 50 snails... it is a package of like four or five different snails and FREE SHIPPING! also you can add other snails if you want more of a similar item you can add it for just the cost... still free shipping! Awesome if you want to just replenish your snail population!

Definitely look at Reefcleaners.org for a price comparison before buying from Reefs2go.com. I've never personally ordered from Reefs2go.com but they've got a pretty bad reputation from the research I've done on other forums. I'm looking back and forth at their prices and the prices from some other vendors and Reefs2go is pretty over priced on individual items. For an example, they want $1.11 per florida cerith snail. I buy mine from Reefcleaners.org for $.50 cents each. $.35 cents each if I buy a bulk lot of 100 florida ceriths. I have seen some good deals on other stuff offered by Reefs2go.com but after reading a lot of negative reviews I'm not yet comfortable ordering from them.

I almost put an order in with reefs2go when they had a similar sale. I did a quick search of reviews online and found several complaints with the BBB. I have also heard from people who have had really good service with them, just FYI.

THe Petco in Augusta has a giant domino damsel. It is hidden in one of the tanks on the bottom row. It must be almost 4" long. Not sure on price but could probably get it for a good deal.

Actually i bought some cleaner shrimp from them and two of them were dead... i followed the instructions and they issued me a refund... i have never had one problem with them... They also usually throw in a couple extra snails too... I just couldn't pass up the free shipping... i only needed to do a restock so i didnt need a whole lot so this was perfect for me! They should be arriving on friday!
