Here's the birdsnest I rescued from the sexy shrimp in my other tank. Still pretty rough and has some hair algae strands stuck to it, but hopefully now that it's in better flow it'll stay cleared off. The Purple poci I got from Jason today; A plating monti from Jason; Rainbow monti from Jason, that I mounted on a magnetic frag plug Some zoas that I moved from the other tank to reduce crowding. Jason was nice enough to give me some mini chitons and limpets to help seed my tank while I was there.

Finally took a few minutes and took the reef radiance fixture apart and removed the optics from the center three rows of leds. I have to say I'm very pleased with the improvement in coverage and lessening of the shadowing. Of course this means I'll have to completely readjust my levels but oh well.

Strange they were originally but now when I log into photobucket they show that they've been deleted or moved? And my phone crashed yesterday so I can't re-upload them. Hopefully I'll get the phone working by Thursday and can redo them.

So I got my phone working again and miraculously the pics have reappeared. It's almost as if the photobucket app on the phone was doing something to block the pics since the phone was out of service?

Looking good! Are you using the reg photobucket or the Samsung photobucket?

decided to relocate some stuff from my other tank to spread things out a bit. A frag w/2 fruit loops zoa polyps(mushroom was starting to shade them), frag of blueberry tubbs that just wasn't getting enough light, as well as a single polyp of some kind of people eater. Also decided to move the yellow cuke over to this tank since I'll be adding bumblebee shrimp and possibly bongo shrimp to the other to control the asterina population and cukes have tube feet like starfish and could potentially be on the menu as well.

went up to see Greg at CR(great as always) and picked up a pair of black photon clowns, a frag of ORA joe the coral, devils armor, and he gave me a deal on a frag of darth maul porites that had fallen down under his frag rack.
Things are poking along.

Added a little livestock Friday from LA. Porcelain Crab, Caribbean pistol shrimp, dwarf yellow feather duster, and a dusky yellow streak blennie from DD. Everyone acclimated OK and is doing well. The Porcelain Crab set up shop on the back side of the rockwork so I never see him but maybe he'll move around after he gets more comfortable. The pistol shrimp is moving A LOT of sand Also moved a frag of utter chaos palys over from my other tank to give more room. Decided to move one of my red mini anemones over to this tank. I figured it was a good cautionary move in case one of the tanks crashed I would still have one.

Lost my larger clown to carpet diving today while I was work . I'm going to have to figure out how to effectively cover my tanks I guess.

My only concern with those is that they seem designed for drilled tanks so that they can have contact with the tank rim all the way around. With hob overflows etc... it seems like they wouldn't be as stable/secure
