Yes it's open to anyone interested.
All I really need to know is if you will be attending and if you want a $50 ticket or a $75 ticket. Payment can be made at the frag draft just before we begin.

I think we'd need to have a phone conversation so I could get a clear idea of what you want though. My picks will probably vary from yours

If you want Sps and Lps first with only really nice zoas if the other 2 are gone then it sounds like we'd pick more similarly then I thought. Makes that easier.

kewel I will try to get the money saved for a 50.00 ticket. it is all new to me and quite unfamiliar looking forward to meeting other members I'd save up for $75 ticket. I regret not getting it and only the $50. You can't beat 2 corals for $25 no matter what they are. And if I remember correctly, the $75 bidders last swap still got halfway decent frags!!!

Greg started doing a 75$ only rack last time. So when all the 50$ bidders get done a select few frags get brought into the mix. So in other words Yes it's worth the extra 25$!

The extra frag rack for the people that buy 75$ tickets is starting this year. I thought it started last year but I guess I remembered wrong. Great opportunity to get some extra bang for your buck! Not only do you get 2 MORE frags for 25$ more but there'll be a few new selections as well! Gives everyone extra incentives to spend just a little bit more to get a lot more in return!

thats all good but this is my first ever and I only have a 55 gal tank and no corals yet so will build it slowly as I learn by mistakes made.

well looks like you already learned the hardest lesson in saltwater rakahrd, the only thing that happens fast in marine tanks are disasters and mistakes. seriously. slow and steady is the hardest part but the most crucial. over time you can learn where you can shortcut and what you can get away with but rushing to throw together a show tank never works long term.

Maine Aquaria has spoken and Sunday October 18th 1pm-3:30pm is it! The poll is now locked. We will have 2 racks of frags. Once the first rack is mostly picked over (after everyone gets 3 rounds) the second rack will become available to those who purchased more picks. That way people who buy a $75 5 round ticket won't get stuck with left overs. Also anyone who buy multiple tickets, let's say 2 $50 tickets or 2 $75 tickets will get to choose twice each time it's their turn to pick. This way everyone has equal opportunities based on the tickets they buy. But regardless I will be sure there is plenty of extras so their will be plenty of choices
