My husband wanted the clown trigger! He wants everything we cant have, like a Lion fish and eels and fish eaters! LOL time for another tank! |

corals are way more toxic than fish, heck common palys are the 2nd most toxic thing in the world
I loved my lion if they still existed I would have another! or if I could find a nice white atlantic volitan

Well, Corals dont generally sting you though correct? You can easily get stuck with one of the spines of a lion. Dont get me wrong, I would LOVE one, but they wouldnt work in this tank and if he wants his tank, he can get one for himself and do all the water changes and maintenance. LOL

Just wanted to share the Augusta Petco is reducing it's saltwater fish selection stating the economy. I was there today and it looks like it'll be 1/2 of what it was...I always liked stopping because they would have one of the best selections for fish.

Are you serious!?!?! I was just there yesterday! I didnt buy anything cuz they did not have much to choose from... That stinks! Usually they have a pretty good selection... I was at the Portland Petco today! They are getting better and better!!! I went to the auburn one today as well and they seem to have come a long way especially with coral.

I find that Portland has ich every time I try to buy fish. Drives me bananas! I started going to nh's petcos so I don't have to drive an hour for disappointment

HHAHAH!! i wish i lived close enough to NH to just go there! I love how there are so many stores in NH that are so close together! It makes it fun to make a day trip and "go fishin"

Well, I'm an hour from them just like I'm an hour from Portland and theres two petcos in nh that are 20 min at most apart. I've also been to little critters, I wasn't super impressed but it may have just been the end of a busy day. The only place I've bothered going to in NH any more is jays, though I've been told I should go to aqua addicts again the next time in down there. Now I'm very excited to have easy aquariums open up not too far from me.
Also, I've gotten the ich issue under control at the Portland Petco.
We currently have a spawning pair of orange striped cardinals (yes, spawning in the stores tank), still 20 each, no increase for the proven pair.

seamonkey, you still work there? Whats your name? I might have seen you in there! I'm glad the ich is under control, i've been up there on a few diff occasions and everytime i was there they had it and of corse there was always a fish I wanted but couldnt take home.
