I scored the glass with a glass cutter on both sides, clamped the glass in 2 pieces of wood, and used pliers to slowly break off the glass along the score lines.
2 of the pieces cracked at the corners, but they are only baffles so silicone held them back together fine.
Doesn't look pretty, but it will do the job and be in the basement anyhow.....no one will see it but me.
