I have been thinking of picking up a bottle of acropower made by two little fishies, has anyone local tried it?

Is this for coral growth only? Or is it for polyp extension as well?

never herd of it I was looking at the acropower because from what I have read it was tested for 4 years before it was released and if julian sprung adds it to his tanks maybe I should consider it

That's a good point I use a few different coral foods that have Julian sprung's name on them.

Feeding your tank a food that is high in amino acids and religious water changes will produce the same effect and keep a lot of money in your pocket. With the exception of medications and food, Most aquarist who have had aquariums for years learn don't add anything you can't test for.

Everytime I hear someone say that I go to their house to buy a frag or something and see a bottle of trace elements sitting next to the tank? Lol

I have to admit if you go under my tank there is a bottle of vitachem marine under there but it was in a moment of weakness and I would bet if you looked at the exp date it is at least 6 years old and it is 3*4 full

Mother Nature tinkers, so do I.
I use Korallen-Zucht ZEOvit Coral Vitalizer Coral Food like Jason posted. I use the nano pack from BRS. Seems my acros like it. Not that I measured them. But I do see new encrusting growth.

every once in a wile I test alk
I can look at my tank and tell you I have high phosphates but I guarantee you a test kit will say I dont lol
