Hey fellow Reef Heads. As we all know, the old club crashed. And I am from up north (near Presque Isle). So when the club crashed and the site disappeared I lost all contact with everyone. Long story short I found a few old members who got me contact info for Driftwood, who informed me that this club now exists. I think it was news to Dave too.
Anyways, looking forward to getting back into the frag swapping and BBQs we used to have.
And if by chance if anyone has the ability to bring up any posts that I had on SWAM let me know. I had a computer crash and lost all my build photos, sea pony photos, mantis shrimp photos, well everything that was on that site. Just one of the reasons I lost contact with everyone.
Plus dealing with user names instead of real names through me for a loop. I remember Rob, Dave, Joe and a couple others that I see are not on here. Rob knows why hehe.
Anyone reading this and from my area, please contact me. Since leaving the club I have acquired too much equipment. I have also rescued all contents of four large tanks. I have sand, rock, lights, pumps, tanks, skimmers. Anyone need anything, I will try to help them out.
Also, I have a Reef Keeper Elite with net that I have not hooked up since moving to a larger house. Anyone have experience with this unit contact me.
Later, Scott

I just replaced a Current Outer Orbit. 48" t5x4 with two 250w metal halide. I have replaced the ballasts for the T5s. The barrings in the fans are going so the fans need replacing. And one ceramic end for the metal halide is busted. I just found a replacement for about $25. Was about $900 new. I changed to a retro setup mougle screw in bulb 400w. Just swapped this out two months ago.
Shipping would be crazy for this. I might take a trip south for corals and fish.
As far as heaters and skimmers. I ended up with stuff that was really outdated. Last tank I rescued was a 90gallon reef with a wet dry. I have several overflow boxes due to drilling out every tank I find. I will have to itemize everything I have soon. I have a lot of junk I forgot I had.

I have no extra RO units. One of the reasons I rescued the tanks is because they had no unit and were no longer interested in investing more money into a lost cause.
