Does anyone know how many of the value fixtures I would need for a 72 inch standard 125g tank? Or would it be cheaper to go another way? Thanks

Do you have to be a member of Reef2reef forum to get the discount? I'm thinking about one of the Photon models. Would a Photon 24 be enough for a standerd 30 gal tank (36" long) with soft corals and a bta?

I like the value models, but realy like the programable features of the Photons. Do you think I could use the Photon 16 instead of the 24 over my tank? The 24 has a few more blue lights in it.
And, what degree optics would you recommend? My tank has about 14" water depth. I don't think I need the 60 degree optics. The Reef breeder site recommends the 120 degree lights for tank up to 24" depth, but will the 120 degree lights light up the room?

I don't know much about the optics, I emailed Logan at ReefBreeders and explained my set up and he made a reccommendation. Maybe you could email him your questions/concerns, I know he was really quick to respond when I emailed him.
