Okay so I have this crazy idea and want to know what people think. In my frag tank my rack is going to be made out of PVC and egg crate, I was going to drill holes all through the pvc and make my frag rack a giant spray bar for added flow/circulation, but then I thought for a while and here's my potentially nutty idea
Have a pump with the outlet plumped into the rack on the left side, and another pump with the inlet plumbed into the rack on the right side, run them alternately 15 minutes 30 down time 15 minutes, this would cause the water circulation to change by sucking water towards the corals instead of just blowing it out and work to create more diverse currents with the returns and powerheads.
