My bta looked great months back real full and green but for the past month it has looked like this. The tentacles are all tiny and it shows no sign of green anymore. I know my bulbs are way over do on replacing so I'm not sure if that's all it is but my parameters are all perfect

It's not light cause if it was he would move towards it. How often and what do you feed him? Any chance he could have gotten his foot damaged? And your parameters test ok? They aren't too fussy for anemones, but nutrition is a big deal.

Well I try feeding him brine shrimp but he doesn't end up with any this should tell you why.
I'm gonna grab some silversides and try that where the clownfish can't eat them

Definitely go with a meaty food. I also feed my clowns first then feed the nem.

I feed the fish first, then I turn off he pumps and target feed my nems with mysis/krill. Raw shrimp from the grocers is good too.
