Just a reminder to anyone not using a chiller and a controller to keep an eye on your aquarium water temperature. Days like today, a tank can easily reach 88 degrees or more. It's a great day to be putting in air conditioners or fans to help out tanks beat the heat. Keeping high powered metal halide lights off during the day and turning them on at night will help a lot as well. Happy reefing

Yup, the restaurant tank I take care of was 88 degrees this morning when I went in to do the water change. Everything was fine but I still had to turn the hearers down and shut the halides off to help lower the heat.
