I don't know if anyone else has one of these pumps, but after two years mine went bad and has put rust all through my reef. I took it apart and it is a rusted out mess. It has turned my sump and skimmer orange. I am so mad I could spit. There is no phone support for this product and the company has not returned Emails. If you have one of these pumps you will want to replace it. I am bummed. I paid 200 bucks for this thing.

There's quite a few pumps on the market doing this including mag drive 2400 and 3600 pumps. I use a water blaster pump that I got from Aquacave.com and its a killer awesome pump.

Great. this thing has made a mess. It should be under warranty. We'll see. Not that it means much. I wouldn't use one again. Getting another sent won't help much. The algae loves it though. Iron must be through the roof, not to mention what leaked out of the motor. The wall between the motor and impeller was completely wiped out. grrrrrrrrr. Any other monster pumps out there?

Mine was an inline. Blue line no longer makes that pump. Now they are marketing re-labeled pan world pumps. I am using a pan world right now and there is something wrong with the motor and it is so loud it's painful.
