Hello!
I am pretty centrally located In Topsham and would love to set up a meet up/frag swap at my house! Could try for something socially distanced, or plan optimistically in the future.
Really gauging interest, asking for suggestions. Any input on timing or anything else greatly appreciated. I hope to get more of us Maine reefers connected! I’m sick of driving to Mass for trades!

I’ll bump this up for you, as I think it’s a good idea to get a little more action in Maine...
However, I’m in Bangor so it’s impractical for me, plus I don’t really have anything to swap for now.

I live in the Bangor area, however, if a large group were getting together I would be willing to make the drive. I don't have much to trade, but I would definitely be ready to buy.

2 Bangor peeps? You missed the coral crawl this fall? It was a great time touring home setups local fish stores and breweries. We only had a group of 5 but we had loads of fun. There was even a corn hole tournament. I was hoping someone would organize a similar event in southern Maine in the spring and we could alternate

I did miss the fall crawl, didn’t see it until a week late. I’m in the middle of a tank upgrade so things are... disorganized.

I saw the crawl, however, my husband was working which meant I would have had to bring kids(1&4) along for the ride... trust me you had more fun without us.

I’m near Bangor and am interested as well. Some weekends are difficult for me to get away. Hopefully it’s on a weekend I’m free.

I would be interested! Sadly, I’m very new to this group and just started my reef tank 2 months ago so my frags are limited to lots of green star polyps and few Zooanthids.

I’m thinking that we make something happen!
How about a tentative date of October 17th 1-4?
My house is open for the meet, I am right in topsham. I can set up the basement with some room for anyone that would want to bring any corals for sale/trade.
I will post this up on Boston reefers as well as a few of the Facebook groups.
