Freshwater shrimp are technically illegal here in Maine. That said they sell them in NH if you ever make it down that way. I’ve brought a few questionable fish home from NH over the years lol.

Someone in the Portland area (I think) was selling some on Craigslist. Saco too.
Might be tough finding any up your way. Mail order probably be best bet.
