Alright, I have started to break the slump and am trying to get re-energized. Today I am doing some seriously overdue maintenance. Glass has been scrapped. I will be changing out filtration, doing a water change, rearranging some rock and cleaning out some hair algae. I have attached some pictures from where I will be starting from! Also, I have never really known what the purple coral is all over my rocks? Anybody know?

Looks like Sarcothelia or Clavularia (Usually sold as Blue Clove Polyp), as usual when it finds the right environment it will take over

I forget the name but it also bares a striking resemblance to a type of encrusting gorgonian I’ve seen In the past.

Interesting. I like it but it is everywhere. I read somewhere people sometimes shave it back with a razor
