Hi everyone. I have been out of touch with the reefing community for awhile. I bought a house, moved, and got married all in the last year. I am trying to get back into things again. I took as huge hit in the move. I had a frogspawn that I loved. It was getting huge. Then in the move it stressed and blew its heads and I lost it. I bought another and it did the same. I tried adding a couple fish to my system. My fish promptly murdered them even though they were all supposed to be compatible. I did not buy anything for a while. I finally bought a hairy mushroom and had my temp controller fail and it bleached. Thankfully it seems to have recovered and began spreading. Has anyone else experienced this before, how did you get excited about reefing again?

Watch some videos, get inspiration from others builds, make a long drive to a fragshow. Take is slow and enjoy small successes as they come avoid too much of anything at once. Plus winter's around the corner.

Welcome back! A busy year for sure. With a little time I bet your system will balance.
