It's been this small for about a year no size difference. Wondering if it looks healthy and what can I do to get it to grow

I manually feed mine and mine have split at least 7-8 times in the last year.. and grow pretty fast.

It's "bubbly" and not retracted... color looks fine to me... I'd say it appears content

Could you get a pic with less blues? Kinda hard to see the color? I don't feed mine anymore just because my clowns host all my nem's and they get all the food they need from that relationship. If your isn't hosted then spot feeding once or twice a week could help. Maybe also adjusting your lighting?

I have found that Reef Roids has helped me maintain the colors of my Nems. that and supplementing with iodine and Potassium. Potassium in particular will help bring out more red coloration.
