Hi all, I decided to upgrade my 75 gallon to a 110 gallon (still fit on stand) and use the 75 as a sump/refugium. Just picked it up this morning from Aquacorals

Are you putting the 75 sump/refugium in your basement?

75 gallon sump would be awesome. You can put a lot of fun toys in that.

I had a 110, rockwork is hard cause it's such a deep tank. I ended up making pillars with fiberglass rod holding the rock together

Those are my thoughts too, pillars to enhance the height.
Im planning on drilling holes and stabilizing with PVC piping.
What kind of adhesive did you use?

Your better off not glueing or epoxying any of the rocks or pvc together. If your anything like me, a few months to a year down the road you may want to reaquascape and anything that is stuck together will be a pain to rearrange. Any pvc pipes you use to peg the rocks together just leave them dry fit without any solvent or cement. You'll thank yourself later down the road if you decide to change the aquascap.

I didn't glue anything. I drilled holes in the rock and put the fiberglass rod in them, I used landscape poles. I think I have some pics in my old build thread I will see if I can find them
