  Building an in wall 180 gal reef. Waiting on plumbing to sump to be completed. Hopefully this week and start cycling. I bought some dry rock, took the hack saw to it and created some columns. More soon. Wish me luck. Vijay |

Dry rocks in, sand in, filling up the tank. RODI is taking forever. Very tempted to use tap water!?? I'm going to wait at least 2 weeks before any CUC goes in. Your thoughts... I had the hardest time using Marco rocks cement to hold them together. Gonna try 2 part epoxy with superglue gel under water. Vijay Attachments:

Looks like some type of pavona coral.

Thanks Ryan. It grows more encrusting than as plates. It got stung months ago by another coral and developed stinger tentacles ( I think) at the site. I thought they'll fade away but they haven't.
