You guys should really consider frozen foods for your fish and corals! I know it can cost a few more bucks but TRUST me it's 100% worth it. I'm not saying prepared foods are no good. I personally always have a thing of oceans nutrition reef flakes. But flake and pellets are very very nutrient rich and can foul your water fast. Fish literally can get all they need from a very small amount of prepared foods. Where as frozen it's pretty hard to over feed. It's also much more natural. For tangs I always try to use natural algae's. Nori (especially Susi nori) is very Po4 heavy. **sorry rant over!**

I feel seaweed, flakes and frozen shrimp.... Mostly shrimp and seaweed

I feed frozen and nori but this seems be staple they love and got lots good stuff in it even garlic and my fish grow huge fast

I feed a variety of foods fresh /frozen shrimp,fish.clams and some nori as well as flake and freeze dried fish food. also frozen brine shrimp and marine snow /zooplankton for corals

I use fresh blood worms and clams I dig.. Add some vitamins and some fish oil and freeze it..

I get it fresh from Hannafords fish deli.. clams,scollops and haddock ,some shrimp ocasionaly . i chop it up and feed 2-3 times a week.along with other foods

Make sure scallops are "dry". If not, they have been sprayed by phosphate, which helps preserve them.
