correct. female striped bass crossed with a male white bass.

we will grow them out to about 2 lbs and then sell them for table market.We have had a lot of interest in them.

I am pretty excited to eat one. They are more mild than wild bass, but have firm pink fillets I have read.

Nice lettuce! How deep are the troughs, and do you have fish in there with the plants or are the fish in a different system but share the same water? Any chance the club could do a "tank tour"?

The rafts beds are 1 foot deep. The system is one big closed loop. We have 4 fish tanks that flow into our filtration which then flows into the raft beds and is then pumped back to the fish tanks.
I would love to show everyone the system but we are finalizing our GAP certification (Good Agriculture Practices) and having outside folks in the greenhouse can get kind of tricky from a food safety stand point. There are lots of rules that we need to follow now. But I would be happy to answer questions if people have any!
