possibly, I didn't think it would exhaust that fast since the water tested below visual change that I could see before I added it figured I might get a solid 4-5 days out of it, there are obviously phosphates coming out of the sand but I figured I would just clean up any stray for a bit but when the water tests that low I didn't figure it would saturate that fast. I wish there was a way to test the saturation of the media. Ahh yes love the cation exchange capacity of aragonite.

not this one, I used the wrong name in the first post I used seachem phosguard because its one of the few that wont release phosphate once saturated.

well the rate of growth is definitely slowing for the cyano. Hopefully I can grab a little more rock soon, I really want to get the scaping done but I gotta find some shapes to create the ledges and caves I want, most of the rock we have at work is blocky, I may have to grab some of the fiji stuff which is nice rock but more than I really want to spend.
