Suggestions on Apex failsafe programming ?

So, now that I got myself banned from RC I'm having a hard time researching some fail safe programs for the Apex. I have ORP, PH, Temp, Condx probes. I'm not asking for the actual program just looking for suggestions on what programs you would have if you set up the Apex? Examples...

 -If temp reaches over 82 shut off lights and send text alert
 -If Condx drops lower than 32 shut off topoff pump and send text alert
