Anyone on the forum do any repairs on the group buy LED lights or know of any one that might repair them. As near as I can tell the company that they came from must have gone out of business. At first I just did not get any replies from the company when I emailed them but now my email come back as undeliverable, also if you type in the web address you get a message saying the domain is for sale.
I now have 4 of these lights that have failed and it sure would be nice to find some one that could repair them.
I contacted a few other sellers of China made lights but if you did not purchase the lights from them they will not work on them.
Any one have any small old school lights for sale? Maybe a 24" 4 bulb T5 light.

What are the lights doing? I might be able to repair them depending on what is wrong.

What are the lights doing? I might be able to repair them depending on what is wrong. Every one of them have done the same thing. the whole white side of the board goes out. I have opened the lights and reversed the wires from the drivers and it made no difference on any of them. I did take one of them and try to trouble shoot it myself. I did find that power would be going in to a bulb and not have anything coming out the other side to go on to the next bulb. I removed the bulb and soldered a jumper wire in it place and had the light come on for a few minutes and then it would burn out some where else on the board. That was the extent of my trouble shooting and I only messed with the one. The others have not been messed with other than to check the drivers. I have them mounted in a canopy 14" above my tank and they have plenty of open space around them for air exchange. They do not seem to be running hot. I do run them on timers. The only thing I have done different is I run them 80-100% on the white side. The new lights that I have gotten from ebay I run lower because they are so much brighter than any of my original ones.

I've never messed with those lights but to me, if it's burning out LEDs and breaking the circuit I would look for a voltage issue. Maybe there's too much voltage going through or something? It sounds like the individual LEDs themselves are acting sort of like a weak fuse, being the weak point they fail and disrupt the flow of electricity.

I am in Naples so not that far From you, if you want to bring them by I will see what I can do, how often did you clean the fans on them?
