I was thinking about possibly getting my first coral at the upcoming frag swap. I was thinking about getting a zoanthid because I like the way they look and I was told that they are rather forgiving. During my research I found that they grow faster and healthier if they are given food. I was just wonder what people's experiences with feeding zoas are and what food I should get?

I feel like unless you're farming corals or have a great understanding of keeping your tank parameters in line, there's no need to feed zoanthids. They will grow fast with good lighting and optimal water quality. Sent from my SM-N910R4 using proboards
