So I just finished pluming up my New Jebao DC 9000 and it wont start up. I have tried un plugging it and both the power supply and the controller are lit up but still no pumping. Any thoughts before I contact the seller.

Have you rotated the impeller by hand to make sure it's free and not bound up at all.

+1^^ I have the same pump and if the screws are to tight the impeller can't turn.

^ That was it I had glued a bushing in after the adapter was on the pump and a bit of glue has dropped in and was holding the impeller to the case. All better thanks
