I was looking at Petco online live fish and noticed they offer a 30 day guarantee on all live aquatics. I check with a rep and this does include saltwater fish, live rock, corals and inverts. I have purchased from them in the past with good results but was not aware of the 30 day stay alive guarantee.
I am going to be placing an order tomorrow Friday for a Tuesday delivery if any one is interested in getting something. I am in Casco and will be around all day Tuesday for pickup. |

Looks like they use UPS for shipping. I don't see anything about not shipping to Maine.

They only ship to certain areas I guess. I tried to order from them along time ago and it said my area was to rural.

We ordered a bunch of tangs through petco.com a while back for th 220 gallon tank I take care of. They all arrived very skinny and the two yellow tangs came in with head and lateral line erosion. The orange shoulder tang we got was skin and bones. This is just my experience with ordering livestock from petco.com.

They drop ship directly from their distributors. Just like the shipments to the Pet Co stores. I believe they use 2 different wholesalers depending on where your ordering?
Could be way off but is there a fish wholesaler in Nj? That's where I remember it was but again I could be mistaken....

I know allot of petco corals and fish come from a&m aquatics in michigan (same as allot of lfs...)
