I haven't heard good things about dealing with them, they seem to have pretty crappy customer service from what I have read.

+20$ for shipping so 40$...... Not that much of a deal unless it's a group order and not many people need a 100 hermits.
I find the blues to be the most aggressive at stealing food from corals as well. I've contemplated ridding my tank of all hermits except my Halloween.
