I just added my new light to the tank. It is a standard 30 gal tank with a two bulb ZooMed t5 HO light strip. One bulb actinic, the other is 10000 K and 39 watts each. Would this be enough light for a bubble tip anemone?

Depending on rock layout, it should be enough. Bta aren't too demanding, but have some rocks stacked closer to the top. Another thing with bta, if there isn't enough light then you need to feed them more often. When it comes time to replace the bulbs (ever 9-12 months) I would recommend getting ATI bulbs, I order mine from Greg at cultivated reef. A aquablue special and blue plus would give you the nice color and more PAR.
