Upgraded my sump w/ a Deep Blue 80 (24" x 48" x 18"). I added a baffle to maintain a constant water level for my skimmer...no more skimmer overflow when the power cuts out/comes back on. 
I also replaced a single pump (Supreme HyDrive) w/ 2 Waveline 1200 DC pumps. I'm using one 1200 dedicated to drive my display tank (which is in my living room above the sump; it's pushing about 12' of head and is running on the highest setting). The other 1200 is driving ~85 gallons of frag tanks as well as a BRS Biopeller reactor and a BRS GFO/Carbon reactor. I've got this pump running at about 50%.
