NooB! He just so happens to be a network engineer and managed to walk me through step by step in reconfiguring an apex unit that had been password protected. He helped me when I needed it most and I truly appreciate his support and the forum as well. Jasonandsarah thank you for finding the solution as well, having to get a firmware update was the trick just didn't know how to do it. Thanks again to both of you!!!
