Welp, moving today, always get nervous when moving my tanks. Set up the half ten day before yesterday with some fresh live sand and a mixture of some of my tank water and some new mixed. Will do water change before adding my coral. Might keep one of my picos up, I worry about my mandarin in a new tank so may keep that tank up.

Got everything moved. Only losses were black Molly and unfortunately the mandarins few days after the move. I had already worried that would happen. Haven't found bodies to either but haven't seen the Molly since the move and haven't seen the mandarin in a few days. I suspect toxic gas releasing from moving the tank with its contents. Wow! I want to set up a shallow tank asap! Based on your pictures!! Looks awesome can't wait. Maybe I'll try to build one?

Glad the move went well (for the most part). What are the dimensions of the tank? It's a half ten, same dimensions as a ten gln but half the height. I still need to build a fixture for the light bars, but the moment that's how it sits lol I love it. I still have the lps Pico up to. Sent from my HTC6525LVW using proboards |
