Well I think it's time for my first add. Tank was started February 26th. Zeroed out on ammonia and nitrite march 30th. CUC added March 27. Have gone through diatom spike and what I thought was red slime. But either way both have been gone for over a week. Lots of color growth on the live rock. So maybe I have been patient enough?
Should I wait till the frag swap and just add corals? Should I look at what fish to first add? I was looking at clown or hawkfish. Tank is as I said before 29gal with 10gal sump. Sca-301 skimmer.
I stopped by easy aquariums today to look around. Starting to get an itch to add at least something. Besides CUC which seem to be laying eggs like crazy.
suggestions? Opinions?

Sounds like it's time to add a fish.......choose wisely, once they are in it's a bitch to get them out.

In a 29 gal, maybe a small clown, small firefish, small cardinal..........it's a small tank, so nano fish would be best.

Yeah not sure how long this is going to be my only tank. My wife will make me trade in the 2 55gal fresh waters but I could probably talk her into a much larger saltwater system. She has already talked about letting me have a wall tank where the sump and filters ect are all in the room behind.
Guess I should wait and see if I can get his one fully up and running first.

Yeah you got a TON of options go to liveaquaria and stay with smaller fish with no aggression. Or very low aggression.(no six line) lol You don't have to buy them there it just helps you make a list of ones you really like. Same with corals find something you like on there and someone is most likely going to have it here on the swap somewhere.
