Very we'll thought out solution for the register heater. I like it! The only concern I would have is cracking the tile floor under the weight.

Very we'll thought out solution for the register heater. I like it! The only concern I would have is cracking the tile floor under the weight. The bottom is very flat so the weight will be dispersed evenly, shouldn't be a problem. I actually didn't even consider that a possibility. Tile can hold a lot of weight. I've got some spare tile, I'll perform a weight test in it and see how it goes.

looks great! now how do you get the sump in the stand lol I'll move the stand out when I put the sump in. Two of the three supports in the back can be removed so the sump can be placed. This was our back up location for the tank, I designed it so the plumbing and wires would not be visible from the sides for a cleaner look. Bonus heat in the winter can't hurt.

I've got some spare tile, I'll perform a weight test in it and see how it goes. They crack pretty easily. The issue is that when they lay tile each tile isn't leveled. There are usually a high spot and when you put downward pressure on that individual tile it ends up leveling...by cracking. I cracked a couple tiles under my 75 gallon. I also laid the tile myself so it was amateur hour.
