Juvenile Queen angel by the looks of the white bars. Juvenile Blue angels and even hybrid townsend angels tend to have much more straight bars.

Yea either way their reported to grow up to 18 inches in the wild and you could easily expect 12-15 inches in a tank. I've had them before and had to give them up to a larger home. Beautiful fish though!

Yes, a junenile queen. The middle body bar (the one that goes from the dorsal fin into the anal fin) is curved in queens, straight in blues.
