Also, a 10 gallon tank isn't "hard" to keep stable it's just a lot of work. The parameters of the water change more rapidly. If you do constant water changes you'll do fine. Just get in the habit early and often and you 'll do fine. Don't keep up with the maintence and you'll have problems.
