I think these are LED floodlights can get at lowes orr HD I looked into them and felt there were too many parts that could rust or corrode.

I wonder if they're cheaper at Lowe's? You could protect the lights from corrosion couldn't you? If it's worth it and they work good?

yeah I mean if I dont have a lot of bubbles at the water surface, it shouldnt corrode anymore than T5 reflectors etc. At least these are sealed. Just wondering if they work. I have seen the exact same style LED on commercial fishing boats as flood lights on the deck...... They were more in the 100 watt range, but same style single diode.

You got to check the spectrum, par etc. I believe? Probably ask Rob or Frag freaks I believe they both have knowledge with led's

Why do these LED lights have green diodes, i thought green light isnt a useful wavelength in photosynthesis. Same with yellow. what am i missing?

You probably know more about photosynthesis then most of us do so maybe you should just tell us! Lol I'd like to know more about it! I've been contemplating changing a few of the diodes in my light anyways so it's as good a time as any to know this information!
The bigger lights have green as well not just the small ones I posted.
