I'm recently starting to accumulate the equipment to change out my 30xh for 40b I currently have the 40b and custom 20l refugium/sump. I saw the Manhattan stand setup at my Petco tonight and for $60 it seems really solid I was surprised as I previously bought another metal stand that was junk. I wanted some thoughts on this the 20 could sit on the floor and I could use a curtain and velcro to keep light from the sump from flowing into the display. I'm not very handy at building things and think I would underbuild a stand and couldn't match the price. Are there any additional consideratios for a metal stand with a marine tank? I'm especially concerned that the sump would be below metal parts (everything appears to be coated). Just looking for thoughts on this.
