I left for 3 days and decided to kill my lights to cut down on evap as I don't have a top off. Came back and turned my lights on and my Blenny is swimming around with a hole behind it's pectoral fin. I don't have anything in the tank that would have done this in fact the fish has been the only one in the tank for about 2 years. It seems to slowly be getting better could it be parasitic? Any ideas for treatment?

Have you considered HLLE? It could also just be the stress of having no light for 3 days, I know that'd freak me out... If it seems to be getting better, I'd adopt a wait and see approach and make sure it's well fed.

There's so many things that could cause an injury like you describe on your blenny. My first thought would be parasitic. But its more likely that it got poked by something sharp inside the liverock. I've had fish get similar injuries after they wedge themselves tight into the rock work at night. Hope it stays on the mend.

Honestly I rarely have fed the fish because he's always fat from eating stuff off the liverock, plump as can be. I have fed him more this week and he appears to be looking better, the new clownfish I got yesterday is a pig :oD
