So I got some frags today and wanted to dip them before adding them to my frag tank. I had just got a bottle of revive coral cleaner and decided to give it a try. Upon opening the bottle it has a strong smell of like lemonsol/bleach!! The directions said 4 capfuls per gallon of water, I filled a quart bag and did one capful added the coral and swished for the few to 15 minutes (I did it for 8) lots of stuff came off the frags and were cycling around the whole time I felt like a human washing machine, bubbles appeared inside the bag, and on top of the water column. I rinsed the frags by swishing them in fresh tank water and added to my system...nothing has opened up yet, the stuff seemed really harsh but maybe I'm just paranoid. Would like feedback from others that have used this product.

Yes it is good practice to dip any corals u buy.
I have used revive for years too with no problems. It is if u r not targeting a specific pest. I also use freshwater baths and iodine baths regularly too.
Also be aware that certain species of corals do not dip well and r sensitive e.g. Acros
