Lost my pink bird's nest to some brown hair algae and now it's growing on my green tipped bn and I don't want out to finish it off?? Any suggestions?? Starting to really get the algae to be gone with nutrients back down through many water changes and gfo/carbon thank God! But it's still growing on a couple zoa's(easy to wipe off) and this birds nest everything else seems fine? Attachments:

All I have is the seachem dip and its iodine haven't had great luck with out killing algae?? I know some people use peroxide diluted with tank water for algae?? I've used this method on zoa frags before and it worked good but I'm not sure about full dip on sps? Also while I'm talking about dips I finally got this stuff I heard about awhile ago and was wondering if anyone here currently uses this method of dipping? (Picture below) I read about this on numerous Web sites but want to know the exact amounts people use with success? If they use this product for dipping corals personally? Attachments:

I've used an H2O2 dip for zoas successfully, but I'm not sure I would do that for SPS unless anyone else has experience with it.
I've heard of the bayer dips, but I thought that was more for pests rather than algae.
My coralrx says it kills algae on the bottle.

If I get any on mine I usually break off the limb below the algae and wait for the coral to grow back, but I never have that much what type of flow is it in.

I have allot of flow in my tank and its in a pretty good flow area! Is that good or bad? Should this birds nest be in light, med or full current? What about light can to much lighting do this? To little?

I might go with scoob, trim it in order to save it.
