Thanks rondo I knew it should have been higher from the tap. My tds meter is installed so that it reads after the ro and again after the di. I had a reading of 0 after the ro and before the di and thought I should have had more tds inline at that point. Oh well turns out the tds from my tapwater is less than 60 and my brs rodi works great.

You can switch then to where you want to its not a very hard thing to do. I'm gonna be adding a tds meter to my Ro/DI this week sometime? And a pressure gauge.

carfull of the pressure guage they usualy have metal in them. be a shame to expose ur purified water to that and also dont know to what benefit it would serve you. having the tds at end will tell you when filter needs changing tho

My unit says to run it at 50psi minimum but not over 80psi as it will damage the membrane.

I believe most Ro/DI ruin best at around 65 psi? I could be way off though lol

if your going to run a pressure guage then do it b4 the ro but may as well get a pressure regulator too so you have the ability to do something about it

Ball valve is a good pressure regulator:)
I want the pressure gauge so I can run my Ro/Di at the psi that's recommended.

ball valve does not regulate presser just reduces flow till it equalizes a lot people dont understand this

Fresh on my tds was 45 going into DI chamber after flushing the membrane and waiting a min it's slowly gone down since and is holding steady at 2 and coming out of DI it's at 000! I have well water! I'm very surprised it's this low
