I've always wanted one and I've been told by a few people now that they are fine to keep in a reef tank. If you've had one let me know how if worked out. Did it bother small fish, shrimp other inverts? Did it dig a lot or stay in one burrow. How often did you feed it ect. I really want to get one but still unsure and would like to hear some feedback.

I have had mine since my tank has been set up. I have never seen it go after any fish or other inverts... It just stays in his little hole until i feed the tank. He then comes out and tries to get a silverside or whatever it may be... then he heads back to his hole... I hardly ever see him. I have had no issues at all.....

I got one just the other day and was really excited but sadly he didn't make it acclimating to my tank. The guy I got him from his salinity was off the charts. I've always wanted one too and he was gorgeous but I'm gonna buy another I think.

I have had a few in the past never had any problems. the only problem with them is they hide 90% of the time

I've been told a few times that they'll only really eat fish if they're dying or really sick? I've also always wanted one and may get one if or when you try it and let me know how it works out! Lol I'd like to get one that's already known to be a good little lobster. With my luck everyone will get reef safe lobsters and mine will devour my entire live stock in one night!!

How are reef lobsters in general? They certainly are interesting. I see on Live Aquaria there is a really nice red one.
