    We have recently started shipping in the last few months have had great success in the New England Region. We are able to offer most regions of NH, ME, and MA with a low cost, one day transit shipping method. For these eligible regions, UPS Ground can guarantee a one day transit time. All other regions that fall outside of this band will be subject to a quote based on their location. Shipping Cost

Standard UPS Ground One Day Transit (Most NH, ME, and MA residents) - $19.99 per box
Overnight Shipping (For those who fall outside the one day transit band) – Subject to Quote per box

Orders $99 and up qualify for free shipping (Livestock Only)

Packaging

    At the moment we currently offer two box sizes, 6”x6”x6” and 8”x8”x8”, with a 10lb maximum. We custom insulate the boxes with ¾” Styrofoam and provide heating or cooling packages depending on the time of the year. There is no additional charge for packaging.

So what can you fit in these boxes?

• 6”x6”x6” Box – This box is used for smaller orders. We can usually fit 4-6 small frags in one of these boxes or 1-2 medium sized colonies.
• 8”x8”x8” Box – This box is used for slightly larger orders. We can usually fit 10-12 small frags in one of these boxes of 3-4 medium sized colonies.

DOA Policy

    In the unlikely event that you receive a DOA we can work out a credit or a replacement on your next purchase. This replacement or credit will also only be a partial credit based on the value of the livestock in question. This DOA replacement/credit is only good towards damages during shipping such as a punctured bags or containers where shipping was the direct cause for the death of the livestock. We cannot replace or credit any livestock that has perished due to improper water chemistry or improper conditions for the livestock such as lighting, placement etc.
    All DOA claims due to shipping damage must be reported within three hours of receiving the package. You will need to provide pictures of the damaged bags or containers that clearly show the damage was a result of shipping. Please take pictures of the outer box packaging as well.
