One of those clams would be perfect in my tank. Why do you have to be 2 hours away. My daughter was in Orono today for a college tour at UMO, should have had her grab it........LOL Steve She was 4 minutes away haha

Next time there is a "coming south" trip, I'll have to try and get a clam included.
I have a nice high light spot for one, and in the 1" to 2" size would be perfect.

Maineultraclassic would you be interested in trading for a clam? Because I have one if like to get rid of. It's a gold maxima clam and it's small I'd have to measure it to be positive but I believe it's like 1 1/2" so still pretty small? Sorry took this picture at 5 am so everything is still sleeping in my tank:) definitely can get you better pictures later if your interested? Attachments:

I too have to get one from you when someone makes a trip south.... I'm in Biddeford and it's just too much of a drive for me at this point. My poor knee just can't stay still for that long this soon after surgery and it's only going to get worse next month when I get my full knee replacement

I really don't have much to trade right now, about the only things I can frag is a green polyp finger leather and a blue xenia.
I just gave Easy Aqaurium a huge piece of purple rimmed green cap........and he gave me a flame angel.
Where are you located?

Reminds me of a used fish tank purchase I made thru uncle Henry's about 15 years ago. It was in Biddeford. By the time I got there I kept asking myself "why am I doing this" lol! And sorry about the knee
