Do you have any more boxes of IO left at 35 a box? 2 or 3 boxes left.

I'd love a clam, but do scarlet skunk shrimp bother clams? Are there any tank mates that you shouldn't have?

I can't seem to find much info about maxima clam care. I know that they need high light and a rock base to burrow but what are other care requirements? I've got 2 par38s over my 20 high would that be enough light?

I think you summed it up. They are pretty simple to keep for the most part. Assuming you are maintaining a healthy reef with healthy water parameters.
I am not familiar with your light so I am not the right person to ask in regards to that.

I have a maxima clam that has been in sand for over a year (though it does have rocks near it and I have never tried to move it so maybe it has burrowed) and it's had great growth. I may be heading up to Orono at the end of the month so I'd love to stop and pick out my own, they look awesome!

One of those clams would be perfect in my tank. Why do you have to be 2 hours away. My daughter was in Orono today for a college tour at UMO, should have had her grab it........LOL
