Anyone used reefs2go.com? Reviews? There doing buy one get one on most clean up crew crabs. And most clean up crew packs ship free even smaller ones.? You can add similar items with no extra shipping

Reefs2go has had its fair share of negative reviews, enough so that I won't risk ordering from them. I've read a lot of people have issues with dead loss on arrival. I've also read a lot of people say their 14 day livestock guarantee is a joke too. That said, there are many people who have good luck ordering from them. In my opinion though, they don't have anything that I can't find cheaper from somewhere more reputable. Most oft their buy one get one free deals are twice the cost that some places sell individual items for so it's really not a deal at all. Just clever marketing. Prime example, they list their electric blue leg hermits for $15 each with buy one get one free when I can get the same size electric blue leg hermits from live aquaria for $6.99 each. I say its a buyer beware situation with them until they can build a better reputation. I personally don't mind paying the little extra in shipping to know I'll be taken care of incase something dies within the 14 day period. That's why I stick with live aquaria for most everything.

I've purchased pods from them several times, 1 shipment came in DoA (summer) and they promptly reimbursed me. And I will continue to purchase pods for my mandarin from them you can't beat their BOGO 1000 for $24.99 specials they have. I have purchased pods from live aquaria and there is no comparison to the size and quantity you get from reefs2 go.
I have seen a bunch of negative reviews also and am hesitant to purchase anything else but I did purchase a clean up crew along with my pods last time (price was too good to pass up). Everything came in healthy (small side, but healthy), no DoA.

I ordered Pods a couple of months ago. Buy one get one....everything was fine. But I did see a lot of negative reviews. It seemed like a good value.

I wouldn't either Doa policies should be 100%! Sounds like there good to order pods from but not cleaners and fish?

I was happy with my cleaners but I would not order those during hot summer weather or cold winter weather and I don't think I would ever purchase fish from them.
I had no problem with my DoA claim, just sent a pic upon arrival and they credited back within a couple of hours.

I got my stuff today, pods were fine (just in a bag with filter pads, wasn't expecting that. Lots of large, scary looking stuff), one nerite snail died, bag water severely polluted, but others survived. One of the cerith snails was actually a blue legged hermit (I don't keep hermits, but one is fine, kind of happy actually). Over all, very happy. Not planning to claim the single dead nerite snail, not worth it. They however do not include any extras like most places do, you get exactly as many shells as they promise.
