Just wanted to hear some stories about other people's experiences with clown fish and the weird things they choose to host?? Lol I have wanted a clown to host an anemone since I set up my reef and never could get my ocellaris to! Bought a extreme misbar this weekend and it's hosting my fan worm! Lol funny the fan worm don't even care. I've had them host long polyp toadstools, Duncan's, frilly mushrooms, and ricordia.

mine tend to like the hairy mint tip mushrooms until they found a new Duncan I added and loved it right out of its plug so now I have a cup with holes in it and a rock on top to keep them off it oddly enough the Duncan has never been happier

I've had old pairs of clowns use a huge lobophytum, huge toadstool, and even frogspawns as their surrogate hosts.
