Just curious what everyone is doing for a diet with their fish?? Mostly brand and what combinations. Garlic supplements, etc.

I am currently feeding, in addition to nori, PE Mysis, formula 2 flakes, garlic Xtreme, and frozen cyclop-eeze. I thaw and drain the Mysis, add about 3 drops of garlic xtreme, add the flakes and let it soak in for a few minutes, add some ro/di water, then add the frozen cyclop- eeze, and dump directly in the tank when it has thawed.

But I'm researching new foods cause I want to find some good foods without phosphorous aka (phosphates) in them

How exactly do you prepare the fresh seafood? How do you know what to buy? What do you mean by dry scallops? I've wanted to try that, but I have been unable to find a good tutorial on it.

Dry scallops haven't been sprayed with phosphorus. If you don't get dry you will be adding phosphate to your tank. I just get a knife and chop the pieces up very small. You need to find a small seafood place. Hannaford ain't gonna cut it. I have a local shop in Hallowell. My fish love fresh seafood.
